What we offer

We engage with workplaces by delivering a range of events, activities, training, information and personal support to enable a shift towards active travel to work.

Our team co-ordinate a packed programme of activities to motivate and engage employees.

We deliver:

  • cycle training (all abilities; beginners, returners, commuters)
  • women/men into cycling programmes
  • bike maintenance workshops
  • free bike checks
  • try an e-bike
  • borrow a bicycle scheme
  • led walks and cycles Ìý
  • journey planning and advice
  • cycle to work day events
  • workplace challenges and competitions
  • active travel champions training
  • cycle-friendly employer accreditation
  • our annual active travel challengeÌý
  • guidance on achieving the PHA’s
  • incentives and much more.
I'm loving cycling to the train station! Being a mum of four means it's hard to find time to fit exercise into your routine so doing it on your way to and from work is a win-win for me.
